Because we were throwing a late-night party, we wanted a lounge feel, Anne explains. The couple bought black couches and cocktail tables from IKEA and used them to create small seating areas around the perimeter of the room. Bright green throw pillows added pops of color to those spaces. Long, sheer curtains and clusters of green paper lanterns hung from the ceiling.
