We wanted our guests, who were coming from all ends of the earth, to feel as if they were having a very New England experience, Liz explains. She tracked down local cheese purveyors from all over New England so that the meal could begin with an artisanal cheese plate followed by clam chowder (and later, ending with a chocolate fountain!).
