The Reception Decor
At the end of the ceremony, guests took an elevator to The Fairmont rooftop, where white-gloved waitstaff served dinner that included herbed focaccia chicken with Madeira cream sauce, dauphinoise potatoes, and tomato ratatouille. The twinkling lights of Country Club Plaza enhanced the romantic aura of the rooftop ballroom, as did the music of the Vince Bilardo Orchestra.
