The Reception Decor

Living in Michigan for graduate school meant Tina and Russ had gone without true Southern food for far too long. Surprise, surprise... our menu was Southern! Tina laughs. Although it was hard to narrow down the many delectable options, the couple ultimately chose chicken cakes with Creole sauce, blackened catfish, sweet potato mash, green beans with shallots and red peppers, cornbread muffins, and to drink, sweet tea, of course!
