The Reception Décor
The couple incorporated Stephanie’s Chinese heritage by naming their tables for qualities they hoped to have represented in their marriage, and having a Chinese calligrapher write the table names both in English and in Chinese characters. Stephanie and Damon also framed a card showing a biography of the calligrapher and explaining the significance of the table names, which included “Honor,” “Love,” “Happiness,” and “Harmony.”
