The Reception at Waimea Valley
The open-air cocktail hour and reception had an abundance of island-themed food and drinks. Two specialty cocktails included a Lavaflow, a strawberry daiquiri and piña colada hybrid, and a Ginger Lemonade. A huge food selection included Hawaiian treats, like raw Ahi tuna and Kalua pork grilled cheeses, and some of Dana's New Orleans favorites, like jambalaya, shrimp po boys, and cheese grits.
