“While some aspects of our wedding were very traditional in style, we wanted certain things, including the stationery and color scheme, to be quite contemporary,” Lauren explains. The couple chose a palette of salmon, pink, green, and brown. The programs carried through the colors, as well as a polka-dot motif that popped up in a few other details. The programs were tied with ribbon the bride and her mother had spotted while shopping at a craft store. “Many people asked me if I started with the ribbon and then used that idea for the whole mood and color scheme of the wedding,” Lauren says. “Funny enough, it was the last thing I found, and it matched everything perfectly!”
