The Menu

A tropical-theme meal was served, with grilled lobster, Hawaiian papaya salad, and candied-garlic sweet potato empanadas. Baja shrimp and snapper ceviche shooters and banana leaf–wrapped tamales were also on the menu, along with pecan diamonds, fried candied-apple pies, and tiramisu tartlets for dessert.
