The Location

Wedding planning soon commenced and Valerie was thrilled to have the help of both her mother and her very involved fiance. Choosing a spot was a breeze for the New Mexico pair. The couple immediately fell in love with an intimate B&B overlooking the Sangre de Cristo Mountains that boasted hand-frescoed walls, wrought iron door handles, and hand painted tiles. We really made an effort to keep our decorating to minimum, Valerie says. We didn't want any of our decorations to compete with the beauty of the location.
