The Location

Katerina and Elliot soon began planning an intimate wedding at the McLean House in Toronto. The Georgian-style mansion sits atop 40 acres of lushly landscaped gardens that Katerina says make you feel as though you were in the country even though you're in the heart of Toronto. In addition, the couple liked that the facility's proceeds go to fund medical research at Sunnybrook Health and Science Centre, which owns the space. With such a deluxe setting, Katerina and Elliot kept the rest of the details simple. The atmosphere we wanted was understated, elegant, and seemingly effortless, Katerina explains.
