The Guestbook

As guests arrived, two of the couple’s friends took their photos with a Polaroid camera to add to the guestbook. They also handed out programs and green taper candles for the ceremony. When the couple lit their unity candle, their mothers then each lit the candle of the person next to them, with each guest following until all had their candles lit. The candles then remained lit while Anne and Ryan exchanged their vows, which they’d written themselves.
