The Groom's Cake

Kyle’s groom’s cake was the perfect complement: a three-tier square, chocolate fudge cake frosted in chocolate ganache–coated buttercream. A cascade of green cymbidium orchids provided a burst of color, as did the key lime pie tartlets (the groom’s favorite dessert) that covered the cake table.
