The Grand Entrance

After a traditional Nigerian engagement ceremony the day before, Beth and Eric incorporated more African elements into the reception, including a grand entrance to their favorite Nigerian song as well as fish pepper soup. "The first time he tried it, he wasn't ready for the spiciness but touched it out," Beth says. "We had a good laugh, and we knew it had to be on the menu."
