The Gown

Like the rest of her wedding, Kim’s gown was understated, with just a bit of beading around the waistline and hem of her strapless, empire waist ensemble. But perhaps the most exciting part of wearing a wedding dress was that she got to wear a train “I was pretty much convinced I wanted to get married in a nightgown until I tried on this dress,” says Kim. “There’s just something about a train to make you feel like a princess.” For the reception, the bride changed into linen pants and a simple little top. “I was going to dance, darn it!” she says.
