When the first wedding gown she purchased didn’t feel quite right, Tammy’s father didn’t bat an eye when they began the gown search all over again. It was designer Elizabeth Fillmore herself who found the perfect gown for Tammy during a trunk show in St. Paul. “She handed me one of her dresses (a strapless diamond white Italian silk confection), that I would not have picked out myself,” says Tammy.
