The Gown

Beth walked down the aisle in a custom-made gown with an Empire waist by local designer Jin Wang, who also made her a veil using material from her mother’s veil (Beth’s sister also used part of the veil for her own nuptials). Having her make my dress was one of my favorite experiences, Beth says. Since he'd accompanied her on several occasions to the atelier, it was even part of my dad’s toast!
