The Food
The buffet-style meal featured traditional French and Korean cuisine. On the Korean side, which was prepared by a close friend of Teresa's mother's as a wedding gift, there were dishes such as bulgogi (grilled strips of seasoned beef), Kimbop (a classic dish made of rice, vegetable strips, and seasoned beef, rolled in a layer of seaweed and sliced, sort of like a sushi roll), and fried yaki mandu (wontons). The French side had mini quiches (prepared by Scott's mother), a variety of cheeses and meats, and sliced French baguettes with a creamy dill dip.
