The First Dance

Erika and Adam actually chose to reverse the usual order for the dances at their reception. “It was just sort of our own personal touch,” the bride says. “We liked the idea of dancing with my dad first since he was hosting the wedding, and we danced last because it was sort of symbolic.” In between the father-daughter dance and the newlyweds’ first dance, Adam had a dance with his mother.
