The Exit

As the newlyweds made their exit, there was one sight their guests had to stop to see: a scrolling electronic billboard in Birmingham that Delores says “can be seen from miles away.” When the ceremony began at 6 p.m., the billboard had the couple’s names and the date. At 6:15, the sign changed to, “Delores & Maurice: Just Married!” “It lit up the night as we sped away to our hotel after the ceremony and dinner,” the bride says.
