The Clubhouse at Patriot Hills Reception

When it came to the menu, Maria and Eric went all out. For cocktail hour, the couple looked to their love of traveling for inspiration, working with Inn Credible Catering to put together a mouthwatering spread of cuisine from all over the world. Appetizers like wasabi fries, stir-fry, sliders, chicken and waffles and coconut shrimp went over big with guests, as did the three-course meal at dinner, which included everything from mascarpone and sundried tomato ravioli to Mediterranean red snapper and Jameson sirloin steak. In addition to cannoli cake and chocolate mousse cake for dessert, the couple hosted a Viennese hour to honor Maria’s late grandfather, serving a spread of delicious desserts.
