The couple held their ceremony on the middle plaza in front of a reflecting pool, with views of the pool and the harbor beyond. Single dahlias floated in the water around them, and the bride and groom stood under a simple canopy made from bamboo and draped with gauzy fabric. The groom’s father, a Spokane County Superior Court judge, officiated, “which made it very personal and meaningful,” Sai says.
