The Ceremony

The couple wed in a traditional ceremony at the church where Tip proposed. The chapel’s interior was decorated with blue and white hydrangeas, along with glowing tea lights. “We chose to keep the ceremony short and simple, so that people actually listened to what our minister had to say!” Megan says. “We wanted to make sure that our ceremony focused on our relationship with God.” She and Tip also personalized the ceremony by including a poem in their program that was by Tip’s great-grandmother, whose heirloom engagement ring Megan now wears.
