The Ceremony

Brittany and Mike wed beneath a huppah in the Albert and Shirley Small Chapel in the Washington Hebrew Congregation. Friends played many special roles in the ceremony, from serving as witnesses when the couple signed the ketubah to reading the blessings. One of the most special things about our ceremony was the rabbi who officiated, the bride says. Rabbi Joui Hessel is a good friend of ours, and the ceremony she created was so heartfelt, warm, and funny.
