The Ceremony

Because Adam is Jewish, the couple used their programs to explain the significance of certain traditions in their highly tailored Jewish ceremony. The couple worked closely with their rabbi to learn the meanings of the ceremony rituals but, Amy says, “we were allowed to incorporate our own interpretations so that each part resonated with us.” Just as the sun was setting, the two were married under a huppah that Amy’s mom had knitted.
