The Ceremony

The traditional Catholic ceremony was held at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. It reminded us of the churches we saw in Rome, Andrea says. The classically beautiful space was decorated only with fabric-wrapped topiary trees near the entrance. After the mass, Mike and Andrea arranged to meet their parents and Andrea's grandmother outside in the church gardens for pictures. Before things got busy, we wanted to have a moment to thank them for everything in private, Andrea explains.
