Christina and Jorge’s ceremony was performed by a close family friend of the bride’s who, though she’s a judge, had never performed a wedding before. “It was so personal -- we felt very lucky to have her,” the bride says. They incorporated personalized readings, including one from the German poet Rainer Maria Rilke, who is a distant cousin of the bride.
