The Ceremony

The ceremony took place beneath a tent behind the house. The ceremony was performed beneath a bamboo huppah, with flowers in coral, pink, and red, as well as candles and crystals hanging from green ribbons. “This was one of my favorite parts of the entire wedding!” Micah says. The couple exchanged vows in Hebrew, with the ceremony being performed by the same rabbi who had officiated at Micah’s parents’ wedding 34 years before.
