Julie and Nathan were wed in a secular ceremony that included elements of Jewish tradition. The couple personalized their ceremony by choosing jazz, which both love, for all of their music. She walked down the aisle to a jazz-inflected version of “A Heart Full of Love” from Les Miserables. The couple said their vows beneath a huppah made of birch branches adorned with cherry and pear blossoms, pink and white peonies, poppies, and ranunculuses.
