The Ceremony

The bride and groom wed in a modified Catholic ceremony, reading traditional vows. The flower girl carried a pomander of ivory flowers hanging from a string of pearls, and the two ring bearers carried ring pillows covered with the bride's grandmother's antique hand-embroidered handkerchiefs. She could not make the trip from New York, but we felt she was there with that detail, Laura says.
