The Ceremony

Toya and Tony planned their Dallas wedding in just five months. They chose their wedding date to be one that already had special meaning for them. “My mother, before she passed away from cancer, gave us many of the ideas we used at our wedding,” Toya explains. “We chose to get married on her birthday, May 27th, and dedicate this wonderful day to her.” The couple wed on the campus of Southern Methodist University in a ceremony officiated by Tony’s uncle.
