The Ceremony

They held their ceremony at sunset in the property’s garden and asked a rabbi who specializes in interfaith ceremonies (Michael is Jewish, and Annie is Christian) to officiate. A huppah was set up in front of the garden’s koi pond, and traditions from both religions were incorporated into the vows, including a lighting of the unity candle and the breaking of the glass.
