The couple chose Federated Church in Hyannis because it was the place where Deana’s parents had been married years before -- something Deana hadn’t known until her father mentioned it in passing at a wedding there the year before. “I lost my mom a little over six years ago and it was really important to me that she be honored at our wedding,” she says. “As soon as my dad told me that, I just knew it needed to be there, and Michael felt the same way.”
