The Ceremony Decor

Instead of a bouquet, each bridesmaid, or “gift carrier” as they were called, carried a cast bronze flower, made from a wax flower that Sara and Tim had carved together. The flowers each represented a “gift” or blessing for the couple’s marriage, such as “loyalty” and “humor.” As the bridesmaids approached the altar, they handed their bronze flower “gifts” to the happy couple.
