Astrid chose chocolate-brown linens and mocha napkins to play off the colors in the home’s decor. Inside, tall arrangements of exotic flowers and sugared fruits provided an elegant formality to the tables, while outside, tables were topped with glass vases filled with coffee beans and candles for a more laid-back feel. “When lit, the candles warmed the coffee and exuded a fragrant aroma,” says Astrid, “and as night fell, they provided a soft glow.”
