The Cake
Guests were treated to a three-tiered, white chiffon and chocolate mousse cake. The confection was decorated with fresh green and ivory flowers and served with a raspberry sauce. The cake was cut and served at a dessert bar complete with crystal sugars, cinnamon sticks, bittersweet chocolate shavings, sugared orange and lemon rinds, and whipped cream. Pieces of the cake were then packaged into takeout boxes for guests to take home.
