The Cake
For dessert, Cerena and Brian cut into a four-tiered buttercream cake decorated with greenery to match the centerpieces and a scrolled “C” monogram in silver to match the couple’s logo. The confection was made of white vanilla cake with raspberry mousse, and harvest spice with pumpkin mousse. “Not very spring-like,” Cerena says, “but it was so good during the tasting, I had to have it!”
