Wedding cake was the perfect sweet ending to the meal and one of Kelly’s favorite parts of the day. “It was one of the highlights of the wedding,” she says. Slices of the confection were served along with mini desserts like Key lime mousse in petit shot glasses and followed up with drinks from a gourmet coffee bar.
