The Cake

Erica and Mike had tall five-tiered cake to cut into. Each tier featured a different motif, with the couple’s aspen leaf logo on the center tier. White and green flowers topped off the top and bottom, and a pair of blue glass lovebirds -- from Erica’s grandmother’s collection -- sat beside the cake. “Each tier had a layer of chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and white cake with raspberry filling, so each guest could try both flavors of cake,” Erica says.
