“We chose a fun cake to fit our colors and theme,” says Kate. The three-tiered masterpiece was iced in buttercream with fondant pieces to add texture and color. Each layer had its own design of dots, stripes, and diamonds, and on top stood the couple’s wedding logo in chocolate.
