The Cake

The square, triple-tiered bride's cake had a tailored, sophisticated look softened by a gold fondant bow gently cascading from the top. The layers were frosted in smooth white buttercream and accented with fresh white tea roses and green dendrobium orchids. Inside, the white buttermilk cake was layered with bittersweet chocolate mousse, mocha mousse, and crème brulee.
