The Cake
Feeding 300 people's sweet teeth meant a five-tier cake designed by Jessica with her cake decorator. Two tiers were decorated with dots, two with stripes, and one with swirls, and the flavors of each layer ranged from strawberry with strawberry-pecan filling to chocolate marble swirl. The cakes were topped with sugar flowers matching the wedding party's. I was amazed by how great they looked -- like real flowers! says Jessica. A big pink bow finished it off.
