The Cake

It was really important for Evan and I have a great tasting cake, Jennifer says. We like to think of ourselves as aficionados, and we have had a lot of bad wedding cake in the past. We also had a distinct idea of what we wanted our cake to look like, with chocolate ganache dripped over a buttercream icing. The final result was a three-tier Tequila Rose with Chambord-flavor confection (a signature flavor of the baker's) that Jennifer says she and Evan can't wait to share again on their first anniversary.
