The Cake
Teresa and Restie’s wedding cake was made up of three, square tiers stacked at angles. The top and bottom layers were vanilla genoise layered with fresh strawberries and mousseline cream, and the middle layer was devil’s food cake with chocolate mousse. The cake was frosted with a light beige buttercream—the top layer featured a wavy frosting design, the bottom two were covered with dots. The very top of the cake was adorned with pink roses and spray roses.
