The Cake

The four-tier round cake had three layers of white cake separated by a layer of raspberry mousse and chocolate ganache and a layer of chocolate mousse and raspberry puree. The confection was covered with a layer of vanilla buttercream beneath white fondant. Fresh flowers that matched the bride's bouquet were casually arranged over the cake and accented by a wide, magenta ribbon around the base of each tier.
