The Cake

Trevor's mother, Margaret Surdu, created the six-tier wedding cake. The flavors included yellow cake with raspberry filling, cherry nut cake with sweet cherry filling, banana nut cake with banana cream filling, lemon cake with lemon pudding filling, and carrot cake with Bavarian cream filling. The groom's cake was made of devil's food cake and was decorated with bricks to represent Trevor's career as a builder.
