The Cake

Masha and Craig paid extra close attention to one important detail: “I was very particular about the cake because I’m a good baker myself, and I absolutely love cakes,” Masha says. The pair chose a three-tiered hazelnut marjolaine torte (a cake consisting of nut meringue layers and buttercream) covered with vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache and chocolate fondant, with pink lace detail. The top was adorned with pink calla lilies.
