The Cake

The highlight of the menu came with dessert. In addition to the four-tiered wedding cake that included Italian cream cake with chocolate ganache and white chocolate buttercream, lemon pound cake with fresh raspberry filling, and chocolate with raspberry filling and wild berry buttercream, an ice cream station served up Graeter’s French pot ice cream, an Ohio tradition since 1870.
