The Cake

Kate and Nik cut into a three-tier, fondant-covered cake with navy dots and a cluster of sugar-made stephanotis at the top and on the sides. The cake flavors were cardamom pound cake (in honor of Nik’s Swedish heritage) with wild Maine blueberry filling and cream cheese frosting, and chocolate cake with espresso buttercream.
