The Cake

Melissa found her wedding cake design in a magazine. She and Justin loved its “’50s retro” feel. The three-tiered confection featured large sugar cookies that spelled out “just married” and a cookie bride and groom topper. Inside, the bottom tier was vanilla almond cake with raspberry filling, the middle was raspberry with raspberry filling, and the top was German chocolate cake (Melissa’s favorite).
