The Cake

Wanting something different, Jessica decided to go for a Mad Hatter-style cake. The bottom layer was a pound cake with amaretto cream filling (Ryan’s favorite), and the top and middle layers were strawberry with strawberry icing (Jessica’s favorite). The funky cake had a different design on each tier. The cake was adorned with fall-inspired gum paste pumpkins, leaves, and candy corn. Jessica chose Jack and Sally figurines from The Nightmare Before Christmas to sit on the table next to the cake, which went along with the Halloween plates and silverware that the cake was served on.
